By using the Ohana website or participating in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Mission & Scope
Ohana is a Canadian non-profit project. We facilitate the movement of resources to underserved schools. We are not a retailer or a direct seller of goods.
2. Donation Facilitation
Items purchased via our Amazon Wishlists are subject to Amazon's own terms of sale and delivery. Ohana is not responsible for shipping delays, damaged goods, or fulfillment issues caused by third-party platforms.
3. Liability Limitation
Individuals who participate in Ohana-organized events or volunteering do so at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ohana and its organizers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from volunteer activities or event attendance.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the Ohana name, logo, and design elements, are the property of Ohana and may not be used without prior written consent.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
